Removed test for 'failed' state that can no longer happen Modified NFS PV recycling to be manual and set retain policy to delete. The recycler was not reliable. Added graceperiod 0 to verifier pod deletion to speed up namespace removal. Signed-off-by: Alexander Wels <awels@redhat.com>
