Enabled provisioning updates and device registration during building xcarchive. ( #159622 )
...
Provisioning updates and device registration were disabled when
development team was specified in the xcode project. This lead to build
error when provisioning profile was not present. Now provisioning
updates and device registration are enabled when tool builds codesigned
archive. This will allow to build the iOS version of app without
launching xcode in order to enforce provisioning profile updates.

Does the following:
- Renames `FlutterProjectType` to `FlutterTemplateType`; did some
enhanced enum cleanups while at it
- Creates a hierarchy of `RemovedFlutterTemplateType` from
`ParsedFlutterTemplateType`
- Removes the `skeleton` directory
- Merges `app_shared` back into `app` (no longer required now that
`skeleton` is removed)

Auto-format Framework ( #160545 )

This auto-formats all *.dart files in the repository outside of the
`engine` subdirectory and enforces that these files stay formatted with
a presubmit check.
**Reviewers:** Please carefully review all the commits except for the
one titled "formatted". The "formatted" commit was auto-generated by
running `dev/tools/format.sh -a -f`. The other commits were hand-crafted
to prepare the repo for the formatting change. I recommend reviewing the
commits one-by-one via the "Commits" tab and avoiding Github's "Files
changed" tab as it will likely slow down your browser because of the
size of this PR.

Use Xcode build setting PRODUCT_NAME to find app and archive paths ( #140242 )

1. Instead of getting the `FULL_PRODUCT_NAME` Xcode build setting (`Runner.app`) instead use `PRODUCT_NAME` since most places really want the product name, and the extension stripping wasn't correct when the name contained periods.
2. Don't instruct the user to open the `xcarchive` in Xcode if it doesn't exist.

Part of work on [#101077 ](https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/141194 ). This is done as a separate PR to avoid a massive diff.
## Context
1. The `FakeCommand` class accepts a list of patterns that's used to match a command given to its `FakeProcessManager`. Since `FakeCommand` can match a list of patterns, not just specifically strings, it can be used to match commands where the exact value of some arguments can't (easily) known ahead of time. For example, a part of the tool may invoke a command with an argument that is the path of a temporarily file that has a randomly-generated basename.
2. The `FakeCommand` class provides on `onRun` parameter, which is a callback that is run when the `FakeProcessManager` runs a command that matches the `FakeCommand` in question.
## Issue
In the event that a `FakeCommand` is constructed using patterns, the test code can't know the exact values used for arguments in the command. This PR proposes changing the type of `onRun` from `VoidCallback?` to `void Function(List<String>)?`. When run, the value `List<String>` parameter will be the full command that the `FakeCommand` matched.

refactored cli tool ipa method name to support --export-options-plist ( #138555 )

This PR changes the way the IPA method is read in the run command for `build ipa` command. If export options plist argument is provided it takes method name from plist, otherwise it uses the method name from export method argument.

This PR does two things:
1. introduce a hidden `flutter build _preview` command, that will build a debug windows desktop app and copy it into the SDK's binary cache. This command is only intended to be run during packaging.
2. introduce a new device type, called `PreviewDevice`, which relies on the prebuilt desktop debug app from step 1, copies it into the target app's assets build folder, and then hot reloads their dart code into it.
