Update default menu text styles for Material 3 (#131930)

## Description
#### Fix default input text style for `DropdownMenu`

### Fix default text style for `MenuAnchor`'s menu items (which `DropdownMenu` uses for menu items)

### Default `DropdownMenu` Input text style
