Revert "Turn on line wrapping in usage and status messages, adds ANSI color to doctor and analysis messages. (#22656)" (#22759) 
This reverts commit e438632165
because it breaks 160 benchmarks, and several devicelab tests,
due to changing the format of the output.

Flutter Tools

Tools for building Flutter applications.

To run the tests, ensure that no devices are connected, then navigate to flutter_tools and execute:

../../bin/cache/dart-sdk/bin/pub run test
