This auto-formats all *.dart files in the repository outside of the `engine` subdirectory and enforces that these files stay formatted with a presubmit check. **Reviewers:** Please carefully review all the commits except for the one titled "formatted". The "formatted" commit was auto-generated by running `dev/tools/format.sh -a -f`. The other commits were hand-crafted to prepare the repo for the formatting change. Scrolling benchmark
To run the scrolling benchmark on a device:
flutter drive --profile test_driver/scroll_perf.dart
Results should be in the file build/complex_layout_scroll_perf.timeline_summary.json.
More detailed logs should be in build/complex_layout_scroll_perf.timeline.json.
Startup benchmark
To measure startup time on a device:
flutter run --profile --trace-startup
The results should be in the logs.
Additional results should be in the file build/start_up_info.json.
