Christopher Fujino 7a30d2b4ca [flutter_tools] Fix conductor for package args roll (#146646 ) The interface for `ArgResults` from `package:args` has added new fields. Change the implementations of these in the conductor to extend `Fake` so that these aren't analyzer errors. platform_channels_benchmarks

The harness for running performance benchmark tests for Platform Channels.

If you want to run these benchmarks outside of devicelab you need to first run: flutter create --platforms="ios,android" --no-overwrite .
