Make platform_channels_swift use more idiomatic Swift (#21712)
Make platform_channels_swift use more idiomatic Swift

* Remove semicolons.
* `if (condition)` => `if condition`.
* `Class.init(...)` => `Class(...)`.
* Remove `break` statements from `switch` cases.
* Remove some unnecessary uses of `self`.
