Hyeongju Johannes Lee 8fc5df7e37 Add govet-fieldalignment
Add govet-fieldalignment to .golangci.yml
Fix errors that come from adding govet-fieldalignment
- by reordering the fields of structs
- by putting nolint:govet annotations
